Unhappy was gonna be customer

I sent this farm bag back and still get calls daily and bills monthly :( seventh avenue you need to get a working phone number for those of us that need to speak with you. I would not recommend you to anyone! And I owe nothing cause I sent the item back!

I ordered a garden item when i received…

I ordered a garden item when i received it it was smaller then expected so called to send back .they sent me a card to send back sent it back then received a bill for.$28 90 to pay for the shipping .i called them well thats our policy .i was mad so didnt pay right away. so now im being harrassed by a mrs lewis .well i sent a check out to get her off my phone.so she still calls so tried to call her at the number she left but it doesnt go to her.anyway again i told them i sent the check.AND don't send me any more catalogs im not interested. i ve got amazon they don't charge to send something Back.and i really like amazon

Credit limit

I made my application and was approved for $400 credit limit, I ordered over $300 in product after making 3 payments a total of $150 they hade my credit limit at $100 and said it was always $100...then how do you finance over $300...I'm done with them and there scamming people

Don't bother

Wow, I can see right through the paid reviews on here by the use of love over and over again. Its furniture, calm down with fake a$$ 5 star reviews. This is a company, not your high school sweetheart.
I will not say this is the worst company ever because that would be hyperbolic considering all the evil companies out their. I will say they have horrible costumer service though.
My story is a simple one. I ordered a chair and I received an email telling me my order had shipped and would arrive by april 18th. Then I received a second email telling me my product was on the way and would be arriving earlier than expected. The new date was April 14th. Then FedEx (the shipping handler) said they were on their way to deliver. It never arrived, so called 7th Avenue to find out what happened and they told me they don't track the packages cause that's my job. They told me to be patient. 5 days go by and my order has still not arrived so I called back. This time customer service is openly annoyed with me for asking them to do their job and find out what happened to my stuff. The lady almost lost her temper when telling me they had 18 days to deliver and not to call until the 18 days where up. On the 19 day I called back and once again was greeted with contempt by another rep.. this one almost seemed nice until I asked when my order would arrive. Then the tone changed to excuses and how I would need to wait a couple more days before they could take my complaint seriously. April 24th I called and this time they asked if I had contacted the shipper? So asked if she had, since it was their shipping company. She told me it was not her job to call FedEx to ask about my order. She said that was my responsibility. So I do call and find out what I had suspected the whole time. It was nowhere to be found.
When I called back to 7th they asked what i wanted to do and i asked for my money back of course.
I have worked in shipping and recieving and worked in the customer service industry, but what I experienced was neither. I feel they will not be a company for much longer with this blatant disregard of it's customer base. My opinion is don't bother with this company just because no one seems to want to work there anyway.

Seventh Avenue Bullies

I bought an electric can opener and toaster from Seventh Avenue, almost $90 for the two.
They are the most cheaply made and useless small appliances I have ever seen.
The can opener doesn't work at all, and the toaster is made so the bread falls down past the brackets to hold it and gets stuck
And, it only toasts one side of bread at a time.
These were Ginny's brand which I've never heard of and now I see why.
When I called, they hassled me as I told them I have the return label but no box to return it. I explained I am homebound in a wheelchair and have no way to get a box.
She told me to " just find one". I had to tell her I was reporting this to the BBB before she finally told me to throw it out and she would credit my account. A week or so prior, I had ordered a memorial garden stone for my daughter because her Dad passed Jan. 27,2021, and also some wind chimes for my daughter's birthday in April. I noticed that the order was not being shipped, so I called again.
They told me due to my Credit Bureau report, I would have to pay a down payment which is normally only needed if you exceed you credit limit. I was $100.00 under my limit, pay more than my minimum amount due and never been late since I started with them in Dec. 2020.
After calling for 2 days and no explanation, I cancelled that order and my account
NEVER again. These people are dishonest crooks.
I found a memorial garden stone with the same verse, much prettier and prettier wind chimes at Wayfair for a better price and it's already arrived!.
BEWARE OF SEVENTH AVENUE!
Over-priced cheaply made merchandise and customer service bullies.
Very bad business practices.

You really should be able to pick NO STARS!!!!!!!!
Waited for 4 months for the LOUNGER SOFA BED..... NOTHING NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE!!!!!!!!!
The cushion & the pillows were 1 inch thick!!!
You can feel the wood rite when you sit on it!

GARBAGE
RETURNING IT, & told them I'm not goin to pay to ship it back. They are paying!!!! I made sure of that!!!!!!
Customer Service directed me to another (i guess) higher up customer service & both of them could of cared less!!!!!
Back round Christmas, i talked to 2 men in customer service & they were a JOKE ALSO!!!!!!!!

I have never owned an account with this…

I have never owned an account with this unscrupulous company & never will. This company has allowed someone to fraudulently, open an account in my name. I have completed a sworn affidavit via government identity theft website & filed a dispute with the company as well, as all 3 credit bureaus. I have never resided at the address company alleges, that it shipped merchandise to me. Also, I have an excellent payment history with all creditors, that are legitimately mine, but this company has refused to remove this account from my credit profile. Credit department at this company stated that 1 payment of $ 100.00 was paid toward this fraudulent account , that was opened in August 2020 and nothing since. All that is needed to be done is check my signature against the signature of who opened this account. Also , they (Seventh Avenue) have record of method of payment for the one payment they say was made this too, will ascertain , that it was not me. This company has destroyed my credit profile, when it can be easily verified, that this is a fraudulent account that has been opened in my name , yet this company has failed to remove this item from my credit history and instead, reported to credit bureaus, that this fraudulent account is accurate as being mine. This company has assessed me to be delinquent in the amount of 2,973. I pay all my creditors, directly ,from my bank account online and have done so,for years. I have resided at my current address for the past 27 yrs. & pay mortgage at this address. Never have I resided at the address in question.

This company is the most unscrupulous…

This company is the most unscrupulous company I have ever dealt with. I was charged for product I ordered 2 months ago today. I was told that they don't charge until they ship the product yet they charge the shipping costs before items are shipped. I was given 3 different delivery times ranging from 3 - 12 days. If the product is not received I can begin the claim process in a month. Do not give this company any business.

Happy with their service

Any problems I've had, like Fedex tearing up a box with a cabinet in it, was resolved not by fedex but by 7th Ave.
They work with you on payments should you have unexpected less cash available that month.
I've had no problems resolving issues with 7th Ave and that's with purchases amounting to over $1000. 00

Cheap stuff from China

I have purchased some somewhat nice bedspreads and comforters. However everything I've received is made in China. EVERYTHING. To be honest I only do business with them because I want to attempt to establish some credit because my score has taken some pretty heavy blows.

Some my orders never had delivered…

Some my orders never had delivered date, delivered late. One was Christmas present ordered and had cancel got 2 email where was on back order first one I said oh ok next was it wouldn't been shipped til mid January so nope and the shipping price is outrageous I had 1 or 2 things and it individually they were less than the shipping smh I didn't even order it I be glad when it's paid off

Unbelievably rude customer service

This doesn't even deserve one star! An order was sent back and because of Covid, there has been a delay in return shipping. Someone called and threatened and said the most disgusting things! Name calling, even the Fing B words were used and credit was threatened. Will Never spend another dime here and will be letting others know. This happened to one of the most kind and honest and best people I know. I heard the whole phone call. My heart hurts for the way she was treated. In the end, someone else made it right but this person did NOT deserve to be treated this way and if they keep people on the phones that call and talk to people like that, they don't deserve one more dime. Word of mouth travels fast and I will be sure to spread the word. This employee deserves to be fired! Completely disgusted and heart sick about this!
